These terms apply to purchases made on this website, operated by The Shree Boutique.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and availability can change without notice. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred, in which case any payment made is refunded in full.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Coupon codes are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless we say so.

Processing and shipping

Everyday edits are delivered in 15-20 days. Lehenga couture and embroidery orders are delivered in 1 to 1.5 months. We will confirm the final timeline with you when your order is placed.

We ship across India. Shipping is complimentary.

Custom and made-to-measure orders

For custom stitching and embroidery, the measurements and details you provide are used to make your piece. Please check them carefully before confirming. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they are handled differently under our returns policy below.

Returns and exchanges

Ready-made pieces in unused condition, with tags intact, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom-stitched, made-to-measure and personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To request a return or exchange, or to report a damaged item, please contact us with your order ID.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Product colours

We try to show colours accurately, but they may look slightly different on your screen from the actual product.
